We got this table for a gift from our kids, we had just redone our screened in porch. We love this product and about a 2 weeks after getting it, the push button electronic lighter switch was not working.
I call customer service and they asked for a short video of what was going on , they were very prompt and getting back to me and they sent me a new switch very easy to install.. and we are back sitting in the porch and loving the Table ..
Love it. I wanted something coffee table height and this works well. I actually punctured a hole in the rug to hide the tube. It’s a good length―the tank behind the sofa. I wish it gave a bit more heat but you can’t expect it to be the same as a wood fire.
First of all the setup was so easy. The perfect item for those cold nights out on my back Patio. Looks extremely luxurious and high class.
