Q1. How soon we can get the product we ordered?
A1. We have our products storage in both NewYork and California warehouses, so normally the packages would be arrived within one week.
Q2. Do I have to pay the shipping cost for the delivery?
A2. Our offers for all products in this shop are all free shipping.
Q3. Do you have Certificates for the Gas fire pits you are selling?
A3. Yes, our gas fire pits are all with CSA/ETL certificate.
Q4. How could we know if your package is strong enough?
A4. Each of our products are dropping tested with ISTA 6A standard, it is the highest standard for mail packaging.
Q5. Are your price competitive?
A6. Yes, we are factory directly selling, so we could offer the best price to customers directly with no dealers in between.
Q6. What can we do if the products we buy has any quality issue?

Very easy to get started (took long to cut zip ties than hook up propane tank. I’d say looks better in real life than pictured.
