Q1. How soon we can get the product we ordered?
A1. We have our products storage in both NewYork and California warehouses, so normally the packages would be arrived within one week.
Q2. Do I have to pay the shipping cost for the delivery?

A3. Yes, our gas fire pits are all with CSA/ETL certificate.
Q4. How could we know if your package is strong enough?
A4. Each of our products are dropping tested with ISTA 6A standard, it is the highest standard for mail packaging.

We got our order quickly but then let it sit for a couple weeks while we both recovered from Covid. We finally got it together last week. We had a couple oh ohs but it did go together fairly easily. We Love it. Our former one was nice but too tall and the heat was too far away. The flame can go higher or lower which adds for more heat or ambiance. I would recommend it to friends.
